Cancellation Policy
🍨 Creamy Flavors Catering Cancellation Policy At Creamy Flavors, we take pride in preparing for your special event. To secure your date and ensure the best possible service, we require a deposit upon booking. Cancellation Terms: The deposit paid to secure your catering event is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the client, for any reason, this deposit will be forfeited in full and cannot be applied toward future events. All cancellations must be provided in writing via email at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. This policy allows us to reserve your date, allocate staff, and commit resources specifically for your event, which we may not be able to rebook on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
